About the Energy Health Team
Sean & Kate have worked tirelessly for over a decade to create the Energy Health Performance program, delivering world class course content, diagnostics, and coaching, based on scientific research and practical, applied experience around energy health management.

We help stressed out, burnt out high performers, leaders, business owners, employees and executive parents to get your professional, personal and family lives back and performance to where you want it.

We are also parents of two young children and understand the challenges of running a business while striving to build an awesome family unit while still pursuing our personal goals. We are totally committed to our own, individual energy health and creating an extraordinary life and family culture around it, setting us up to thrive!
Dr Sean Richardson PhD, MA, BA
Within his PhD in performance psychology, Sean conducted research on burnout and stress-recovery balance in elite performers, leading to an intuitive understanding of the mental and physical factors that start and stop you from succeeding.

Sean has two decades experience in mentoring professional sports coaches, athletes, and corporate executives to achieve excellence, which has propelled his clients to #1 position in their industries, including two professional football teams that have gone to #1.

As a former elite athlete, National Champion, and Olympic level competitor, who has personal experience with over-training and burnout, Sean can also relate intimately to your experiences with juggling high performance, stress and energy.

And, as a registered psychologist, Sean brings a distinctly human, compassionate side to his work, helping you, when you are in need, to navigate the more challenging personal and emotional roadblocks that arise in managing stress, burnout and mental health.

Having started working life as a Business Analyst and Strategic marketer, Kate has pursued studies as a certified Health and Wellness Coach, adding a thorough understanding of psychology, habit formation, and mindset & behaviour change to her resume, providing for a deeper, therapeutic interaction with clients.

Kate has also learned a thing or two along the way about high performance. As a professional singer with 20 years on-stage, having to be her best in front of audiences of thousands, Kate has first hand experience with the challenges created by increased stress and depleted energy. But she also knows what it is like to smash it as a rockstar, stepping onto the stage to the perform under pressure with a full tank, performance-ready.

Kate is passionate about helping people create permanent positive change in their health, fitness, wellbeing and performance!
