Meet Dr Sean, Kate and Brooke

We’ve worked tirelessly for over two decades to create the Energy Health Performance Program in order to deliver world-class course content, diagnostics and coaching, based on scientific research and practical, applied experience around energy health management.

We are also working parents of young children and understand the challenges of running a business while striving to build an awesome family unit. We are totally committed to our own, individual energy health performance and creating an extraordinary team culture around energy health, which allows each and all of us to thrive! 

 

Dr Sean Richardson

Sean has unique experience working with leaders like you to get the best out of yourself, your teams and your family, in high pressure environments, which has given him keen insight into the fundamentals of behavioural high performance.

Within his PhD in performance psychology, Sean examined burnout and energy health management in elite performers, leading to an intuitive understanding of the mental and physical factors that start and stop you from succeeding. Throughout his journey, Sean has integrated his understanding of brain science and function with his expertise in energy health to develop high performance applications, creating a track record of delivering successful high performance solutions, culture and leadership development programs to small and large organisations.

Sean has 2 decades experience in mentoring professional sports coaches, athletes, and corporate executives to achieve excellence, which has guided his clients to take #1 position in their industries (including 2 pro football teams that have gone to #1).

Sean facilitates high performance development in your life to get you to optimum energy health and wellbeing, communicating and collaborating effectively, adhering to the highest standards, executing with maximum accountability, and achieving your biggest individual and organisational goals.

As a former elite athlete, National Champion, and Olympic level competitor, who has personal experience with overtraining and burnout, Sean can also relate intimately to your experiences with juggling high performance and energy health. As a registered psychologist, Sean brings a distinctly human, compassionate side to his work, helping you, when you are in need, to navigate the more challenging personal and emotional roadblocks that arise in managing stress, burnout and mental health.

Having started working life as a Business Analyst and Strategic marketer, Kate made a significant practical and mindset shift to pursue her career in Health & Fitness, attaining certification as a Personal Trainer.

Combining a passion for health, fitness and nutrition, with a strong business orientation, and a keen interest in personal development, Kate has developed a unique skillset for helping people achieve transformational change in their mental and physical wellbeing.

Kate has pursued studies as a certified Health and Wellness Coach, adding a thorough understanding of psychology, habit formation, and mindset & behaviour change to her resume, providing for a deeper, therapeutic interaction with clients.

Kate has also learned a thing or two along the way about high performance. As a professional singer with 20 years on-stage, having to be her best in front of audiences of thousands, Kate has first hand experience with the challenges created by increased stress and depleted energy health. But she also knows what it is like to smash it as a rockstar, stepping onto the stage to the perform under pressure with a full tank, performance-ready.

Kate is passionate about helping people create permanent positive change in their health, fitness, wellbeing and performance.

 

 

Brooke Hanson

Olympic Gold and Silver Medallist

This amazing lady is an 8-time world champion swimmer, who represented Australia over 25 times at major international events. Brooke has built a successful career as an inspirational speaker, master of ceremonies, media consultant, author, mentor, facilitator as well as TV and radio presenter.

Brooke is a very active mum, passionately leading Energy Health in all parts of her life.

A vibrant team player here at Energy Health Inc., as Lead Energy Health Trainer, Brooke takes Energy Health Performance to the next level.

Brooke loves sharing her story and keys to Energy Health and leadership success by encouraging self-belief, accountability and finding purpose through positivity.

Brooke joined the EH Team after working with Sean & Kate for a number of years, building her expertise in the EHP core principles and applying them to her own and other's lives.
