The modern workplace, with 24/7 connectivity, facilitated by the fast moving Industry 4.0 - “internet of things” - has created demands that seem to outpace human capacity to sustain performance anywhere near a maximum. Burnout is now the #1 reason people leave their current employment. Burnout is costing an average of 41 days of lost productivity. AND it’s not just your frontline: leadership and key talent are taking on the brunt of the overload, and are at most risk.

Many companies are throwing training and support dollars behind their teams to keep them going, to keep them productive, but if you don’t treat the underlying problem first, no amount of training and support matters.
