EHP Immersion Program overview

The EHP Full Immersion Program is a comprehensive, individual self-paced learning, development and coaching program designed to change your life for the better, whether you are stuck in the trap of burnout, or you are looking to stretch yourself to maximise performance.

The program includes 8 weeks of multimodal content, knowledge and tools, plus activities, and coaching support. These are the knowledge and tools from stress-recovery science that not only help you to manage your energy and get back to a healthy life after burnout, but also help elite performers to reach for excellence!

The program empowers you with the latest in brain, health, performance, nutrition, sleep and recovery science. It also introduces you to the EHP core models and principles - the Energy Health Performance Continuum™, the EHP Stress-Recovery Wheel™, and EHP Stress-Recovery Cycles to guide you through monitoring your energy, plotting your starting points, setting your energy, health and performance goals, directing your energy health decision-making, and creating your energy health plan over weekly, monthly and annual cycles.

In the Immersion Program, you get the key knowledge and tools for embedding powerful mindsets and extraordinary habit change to ensure you start transforming your life right from the first module. This is content that will stay with you for life, to help you to create permanent positive change in your energy, health and performance.

Assessment is crucial to establish your starting point and to monitor your progress, so the Energy Health Diagnostic is integrated with every part of the course, right from the start. Your initial results help define your starting point of energy imbalance and burnout risk. We then show you how to map your diagnostic results onto your energy health journey and monitor your progress throughout the program. The Diagnostic helps you identify key categories of energy imbalance, identify and shift unhelpful mindsets, and resolve personal and situational roadblocks to create the transformation to the life you want. 

Utilising the Stress-Recovery Wheel, you will learn the 5 categories of stress and recovery that you need to balance to get your life on track - Mental, Emotional, Social, Environmental and Physical. These are the key factors that impact your energy health. You will learn to identify the sources of energy depletion across the categories, and how to implement the most effective category-matched recovery activities to trigger your body to adapt, build strength and develop resilience.

The structure of course content, tools and implementable activities, individualised coaching support, opportunity for open access Q&A, and membership to a thriving, private, participant community, all contribute to a comprehensive solution that will see you transform your life for the better!
